All of our TR90 frames are coated with ISO 10993-certified paint, which undergoes rigorous safety testing.

Polarized lenses reduce glare from reflective surfaces such as water, pavement, and snow. That means clearer vision, less eye strain, and better comfort in bright light. Polarization is noted on the product page when applicable.
Our prescription glasses are custom-made to your exact specifications to ensure exceptional quality and precision. Production takes 8-15 business days to complete, and your order ships the same or next business day once production is finished. (Business days exclude weekends and holidays.)
All prescription purchases can be returned within 45 days to receive a full refund via our portal.

PD stands for Pupillary Distance, which is the distance between the centers of your pupils. It is important to enter an accurate PD measurement when purchasing prescription glasses to ensure proper vision.
If your PD is not listed on the prescription details given to you at your last eye exam, we recommend contacting your eye doctor to confirm your PD.
Yes. You can use any valid prescription issued within the last year. During checkout, you'll enter your prescription exactly as it appears on your doctor's form — no need to upload a document.
If your prescription is older than two years, we recommend scheduling an updated eye exam before ordering to ensure the best vision correction and fit.
To use your HSA or FSA debit card, add products to your cart as usual. Prescription orders can be canceled within 24 hours of the order date. Just reach out to our customer service team and we'll take care of the cancellation and refund. Please allow a few business days for the funds to reflect back on your original payment method.
After 24 hours, your order is already being prepared for production and can no longer be canceled or refunded.
